It varies by mandate, because it is tied to the seniority and the fee on that role. The reward for each role is shown on the job page itself. If a role does not display a reward, write to us and we will confirm before you refer.

Yes. Please refer only people who know you are recommending them and are open to a change. We contact the candidate directly and share their details with a hiring team only after screening and their consent.

Screening happens within two working days. Interviews depend on the hiring team, and typically run two to four weeks from shortlist to offer. Notice periods then decide the joining date, and the reward follows the joining.

Yes, you can apply to any open mandate using the same form with your own details. In that case there is no referral reward, since the reward exists for recommending someone else.

Yes. Submit a referral on each role you think fits. We track a candidate across mandates, and the reward is attributed to the first person who referred them for the role in which they are placed.
