We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, or enterprise solution selling. The role involves managing qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and presenting suitable software solutions. Candidates will be responsible for preparing commercial proposals, negotiating deals, and converting prospects into paying customers. The position requires building relationships with HR professionals, business owners, payroll heads, and corporate decision-makers. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and CRM management skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating subscription revenue.
What you’ll own
- - Manage qualified leads, identify potential corporate customers, and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- - Conduct online and in-person software demonstrations, understand client requirements, and explain product benefits.
- - Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate subscription pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- - Maintain CRM records, manage sales pipelines, follow up with prospects, and coordinate customer onboarding.
What we look for
