We are hiring Associate Counsellors to engage with prospective students and parents, understand their educational goals, and guide them through the admissions decision-making process. The ideal candidates will have an engineering background or proven experience selling high-value technology courses, along with excellent English communication skills.
What you’ll own
- Counsel prospective students and parents to help them make informed education and admissions decisions.
- Conduct consultative conversations, understand student requirements, and communicate program value effectively.
- Manage leads, maintain consistent follow-ups, and drive conversions through the admissions funnel.
- Handle objections, address parent concerns, and support prospective students throughout the decision-making process
What we look for
- Experience: 2–3 years in admissions counselling, sales, or a relevant customer-facing role.
- Education/Experience: An engineering background is mandatory. Alternatively, candidates must have experience selling high-ticket technology courses.
- Communication: Fluency in spoken English is non-negotiable.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, objection handling, relationship management, and follow-up skill
