We are looking for an Admissions Counsellor to join the admissions team of a leading EdTech organization in Electronic City, Bangalore. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their academic and career goals, and helping them make informed decisions throughout the admissions journey.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads from initial interest through test registration and enrollment, conducting counselling conversations, maintaining structured follow-ups, and ensuring a high-quality student and parent experience.
What you’ll own
- Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Manage leads, maintain structured follow-ups, and accurately update CRM records.
- Achieve targets across test registrations, offer conversions, refunds, and enrollments.
- Support campus events, career fairs, school outreach, and next-cycle lead generation.
What we look for
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions, sales, counselling, or customer-facing EdTech roles.
- Strong spoken English with clear articulation and a calm, mature communication style.
- Ability to confidently handle student and parent conversations, objections, and decision-making concerns.
- Strong discipline, follow-through, accountability, and openness to feedback.
