We are looking for experienced Senior Counsellors to guide prospective students and parents through high-value education decisions. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to understand student aspirations, address parent concerns, handle objections, and drive admissions conversions. Candidates should have an engineering background or proven experience selling high-ticket technology courses, along with a strong track record in counselling or sales.
What you’ll own
- Conduct consultative counselling sessions with prospective students and parents to understand their goals and recommend suitable education pathways.
- Manage high-intent leads, maintain structured follow-ups, and drive conversions across the admissions funnel.
- Handle complex objections, fee-related concerns, and parent discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor conversion performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
What we look for
- Experience: 5–8 years in admissions counselling, consultative sales, or relevant customer-facing roles.
- Education/Experience: An engineering background or proven experience selling high-ticket technology courses.
- Communication: Fluent spoken English with excellent articulation and the ability to handle senior-level conversations.
- Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation, objection handling, relationship management, and admissions conversion skills.
