This Inside Sales Associate role is focused on converting potential customers into active users through product demonstrations, lead follow-ups, relationship building, and end-to-end onboarding. The role requires someone with 6 months to 2 years of sales or business development experience, strong communication and presentation skills, a target-driven mindset, and fluency in Hindi.
The position is based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, offers a CTC of ₹5–6.5 LPA, and follows a six-day work week during the initial 90-day probation period. After probation, alternate Saturdays are off, with Sundays as the fixed weekly holiday.
What you’ll own
- Conduct online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to customer needs and answering queries.
- Handle inbound leads, initiate calls, and follow up with prospects to nurture and convert them into active customers.
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to product usage.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools.
- Share customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights to support continuous improvement.
What we look for
